Great Wolf Lodge

For a month, Emma has been saying over and over that she wants to go to the beach. Well, Wednesday she was in tears over wanting to go. So, Jason said "Let's go!" We took an overnight trip to Grapevine to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. They have a huge indoor waterpark. It was so much fun!

Happy Valentine's Day!

This Valentine's Day was pretty uneventful. I was on my 8th day of having some rotovirus, and Ava was in the final stage of having hand, foot and mouth infection. We all celebrated Valentine's Day in our PJs. Jason went out to get the girls a present from us since I had not been out of the house in days. The girls got some Baby Einstein Animal Discovery Cards, coloring books and Max and Ruby DVDs. Daddy did pretty good. The girls also got suprised with a gift in the mail from Mimi, Aunt LeeLee, Aunt Nanie, Nana and Papa. Emma loves her candy necklace and her cow movie! They also love to snuggle with thier stuffed animals.

Play Time!

Here's some pics from the girls at play on Saturday. Ava has now started "walking" behind her little toy walker. She can really move with it! She's determined to keep up wih her big sister so she's really been practicing with it:) We stayed outside Saturday and played for a long time. Emma has so much fun playing with her picinic table and sand and water table that she got for Christmas from her Aunt Bekah and Aunt Anna. There's also some pics from us hanging out with the Thomas family that night. They have two super cute boys, Sam and Jack. Emma loves to talk about Sam and Jack!

On Saturday, we went to a birthday party of a little girl we are friends with. The girls had a blast!
